Instructions

Choose young Zucchini and boiled eggs, wash them and dry them.

Cut into thin slices and put them in a salad bowl.

Wash well abundant basil, dry it and cut up some of the leaves.

Add to Zucchini.

Prepare the dressing by whisking with a fork a few tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Pour in Bowl and mix well.
