Rice salad, pineapple and ham
Instructions
Boil the rice, leave it to drain al dente and pass it under cold water.
Dice the ham slices.
Peel the pineapple and remove the core and cut into small cubes.
Pour the rice in a soup-tureen, add the ham, pineapple, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, lemon juice and mix very well.
Keep some in the fridge before serving.

- 200 g of rice
- 1/2 pineapple
- 200 g of sliced cooked ham high
- Mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
