Instructions
Boil rice and wash it insistently under the tap so that the grains remain well separated.
Cleaned and de-boned anchovies and cut them into small pieces, cut two pitted olives, sliced, removing seeds, tomatoes and cucumber and rice when serving season with vinegar, oil, pepper and salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 3 anchovies
- 50 g of green olives
- Cucumbers
- 1 tomato
- Wine vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
