Instructions
Boil the rice, leave it to drain al dente, shelling the beans and pour it into a bowl.
Slice the mushrooms, artichokes and olives, cut into small pieces the anchovies, chop the tuna and rinse the capers.
Combine all of the ingredients to the rice, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

- 200 g of rice
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 50 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of artichokes
- 50 g of pitted green olives
- 5 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 20 g of capers
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
