Salad reinforcement
Instructions
Christmas recipe.
Boil the cauliflower in salted water, let it cool down and put it in a Bowl by cutting it into pieces.
Add the peppers cut into strips, pickles, olives, salted anchovies fillets, olive oil and vinegar.
Mix well and add salt if necessary.
This salad should be made at least 24 hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 pickled peppers
- 200 g of onions, gherkins, beans, baby carrots and pickled celery
- 6 salted anchovies
- 50 g of gaeta olives
- 50 g of green olives
- 15 cl of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- Salt
