Peel and wash the asparagus, boil them in salted boiling water for a quarter of an hour.
Drain and place on serving dish.
Hard boil the eggs, Peel, chop with parsley, add a little olive oil and sprinkle over asparagus.
Accompanying wines: Soave DOC, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, Gravina DOC.
