Red Radicchio Salad with orange
Instructions
Filter to sieve the juice from two oranges, emulsionatelo with four tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
You can add a few drops of lemon to mitigate any taste too sweet oranges.
Peel and wash the heads of chicory, dry them very well and suddivideteli into thin slices.
