Tomato salad and quail eggs
Instructions
Hard boil the quail eggs.
A bowl lined with lettuce leaves and place the ham cut into strips, slices tomatoes peeled and deseeded, cut eggs in half.
Season with a pinch of salt, the poured oil and just a splash of vinegar.
Stir when brought to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Some leaves of lettuce salad hood
- 200 g of ham
- 4 green tomatoes
- 12 quail eggs
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Spray 1 of wine vinegar
