Asparagus in wine sauce
Instructions
Boil the asparagus in salted water with the addition of butter.
Cut strips Bacon, fry it in oil, wet with wine and cook for 1 minute.
Mix in the sauce and the cream, add the sliced onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt and pepper, add chopped parsley and pour over asparagus well scaled.

- 2000 g of white asparagus
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 g of butter
- Salt
- 15 cl of white wine
- 25 cl of bechamel
- 15 cl of cream
