Chicken salad (9)
Instructions
Prepare a pot for boiling ingredients: carrots, celery, onion, parsley and chicken breast in a 150 cl about of water, add salt.
Boil until cooked chicken breast (about 30 minutes).
When cooked, drain the chicken and vegetables and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken into chunks along with vegetables.
Then prepare on a tray a bed of finely chopped salad dressed with oil, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup until the pink sauce, add a little pepper and chicken along with boiled vegetables and mix and compose a homogeneous.
Lay on a bed of salad and serve chilled.

- 2 carrots
- 2 ribs of celery
- == 1 large onion
- Parsley
- 1 jar of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of non spicy ketchup
- Radicchio
- Lettuce salad
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
