Chicken salad
Instructions
Boil the chicken breasts in salted water, allow to cool, cut into fillets and mix in celery and thinly sliced fennel.
Drizzle the whole thing with 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise mixed with a bit of mustard.
Arrange on serving dish with a layer of lettuce leaves, place the chicken salad and garnish with anchovy fillets, olives and egg washers.

- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 faggot
- Mayonnaise

- Anchovy fillets
- Hardboiled eggs
- 3 stalks of white celery
- Some leaves of salad
