Boil water in a pan, salt and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Soak then quickly, for 3 times in a row, the tentacles, then dip the Octopus, along with Cap (serves to soften the pulp in baking); boil 40 minutes.
Cool Octopus in the cooking water.
Separately prepare a sauce with a spoonful of anchovy paste, remaining lemon juice, chili oil d.
Peel the Octopus, cut them into small pieces and toss with the sauce.
