Salad of pears, cheese and arugula
Instructions
Place in a salad bowl pears peeled and cut into wedges along with the parmesan and provolone cheese into small pieces.
Pour 1/2 bottle of sparkling wine and allow to stand for about 1 hour.
When we bring on the table season with salt, white pepper, a bit of Basil and field balm.
Garnish with Arugula, washed and dried well and combine champagne remained.

- 4 pears
- 100 g of spicy provolone cheese and parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- Little of basil
- Mint
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1 bottle of dry sparkling wine
