Pear salad
Instructions
Peel the pears and cut them into cubes.
Place in a bowl and sprinkle lemon juice to make them black.
Cut fillets almonds.
Join pears the almonds, pine nuts, raisins, sugar and the distillate pears.
Mix well and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 large ripe pears
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 dram of distillate pears
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of peeled almonds
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
