Instructions

Even the asparagus stalks raschiarli wash and dry them.

Let them cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water and then drain them on a clean towel.

In a saucepan melt 50 g butter; turn the asparagus tips in melted butter and distribute them in a special oven baking dish sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and the Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle remaining butter to bows to the container in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the asparagus are just Golden.
