Vegetarian pasta salad
Instructions
The pasta salad is served lukewarm or at room temperature as the refrigerator becomes sticky.
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile, remove the filaments of the celery and slice it.
Skinned tomatoes, discarded seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces.
Drain the peppers and cut into cubes.
Drain the pasta and dress with a little olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.
Mix carefully and allargatela on a plate, leaving it to cool a little.
In a small bowl mix the lemon juice with remaining 2 tablespoons oil, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt.
Transfer the dough in Bowl, combine celery, tomatoes and pepper, sprinkle with chopped Basil and parsley and dress with the sauce.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 2 foot large of yellow pepper in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- Parsley
- Basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
