Pasta salad with fillet of hare
Instructions
Boil al dente pasta in a saucepan with salted water to which you've added half a tablespoon of oil, then drain and pass under cold water to stop the cooking.
Hare fillet cut into thin slices; Peel celery and reduce it into strips; slice the onions; wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Prepare the sauce for seasoning in a bowl: mayonnaise, curry powder, a pinch of salt, ground pepper, a few drops of lemon juice and cream and stir thoroughly until mixture is homogenous.
Together in a bowl the meat, pasta and vegetables, pour over the sauce and stir to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of cooked rabbit fillet
- 200 g of type pipe rigate pasta
- Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 60 g of celery
- 80 g of spring onions
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- For the sauce:
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Salt
- White pepper
- 25 cl of cream
- Few drops of lemon juice
