Walnut salad
Instructions
Coarsely chop walnuts.
In a bowl put the celery washed away and sliced, walnuts and diced mozzarella.
Beat for a few minutes 3 tablespoons oil with 1 of vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
Pour the sauce into the bowl, mix thoroughly and keep in a cool place for about 1 hour.

- 10 shelled walnuts
- 250 g of mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Peppercorns
- 1 heart of white celery
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
