Shrimp and Corn Salad (Insalata di Gamberi e Mais)
Instructions
Boil and drain the shrimp.
Drain corn.
Wash and slice the vegetables.
Peel and cut into cubes the oranges.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Drizzle with the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika and salt.

- 300 g of canned corn
- 100 g of shrimps
- 300 g of oranges
- 50 g of green salad
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomatoes (100 g)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of paprika
- Salt
