Asparagus with eggs
Instructions
Clean the asparagus, remove the white part and boil them, tethered, in boiling salted water.
Arrange in corona in a serving dish.
Cook the eggs to the butter in a pan, placing them on the asparagus and spolverizzarle with plenty of Parmesan.
Serve immediately.

- 4 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
