Salad of fava beans, snow peas and green beans coral
Instructions
Shell the beans and boil them.
In the same water then boil the beans coral and the sugar snap peas.
Peel the beans and blend with salt, basil, lemon juice, a little cooking water, oil.
Place in plates with a layer of snow peas and green beans, then one of the slivers of pecorino; pour over the cream of Fava Beans.
Finish with olive oil and pepper.

- 200 g of daws
- 200 g of coral beans
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 250 g of cheese
- Neapolitan basil
- 1 lemon
- Unrefined sea salt
- Pepper
