Salad of green beans (2)
Instructions
Clean the green beans and cook in plenty of salted boiling water for a quarter of an hour.
Drain and place in a salad bowl.
Peel the onion and the garlic, cut into very thin slices and place them together to boiled beans.
Add a teaspoon of mustard beans, lemon juice, chopped parsley and olive oil.
Add salt and pepper, stir and let it add half an hour to cool before serving.

- 300 g of green beans
- 300 g of white beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/2 lemon
- Chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of mustard grains
- Olive oil
- Salt
