Shell salad
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente, drain and allow to cool in the water.
Pour into a soup tureen, distribute over the reds of the eggs, which are passed to sieve, and drizzle with oil.
Combine three tablespoons abundant of diced ham and add salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta shells
- 3 hardboiled eggs

- 1/2 lemon
