Chicory salad and bacon
Instructions
Clean the salad, wash and sgocciolatela.
Put it in a salad bowl with the sliced onion.
Dissolve the salt with vinegar and pour it over the salad.
Cut the bacon into strips and fry it with a little oil and then season the salad with this mixture.
