Coleslaw and grapes
Instructions
Cut into very thin strips, cabbage to Matchstick carrots, divide in two the grapes and eliminatene seeds.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with yoghurt, vinegar and mustard.
Add salt and pepper.
Collect in a bowl the cabbage, carrots and grapes.
Sprinkle with the chives and scissor kick to put spoonfuls creamy sauce.
Mix well and serve.

- 500 G = = Cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 230 g of black grape berries
- 150 g of mayonnaise
- 150 g of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
