Cabbage salad
Instructions
Peel and wash the cabbage, cut into thin strips and raccoglietele in a salad bowl.
Clean and cut into julienne carrots and celery and add to the cabbage.
Add the onion cut also powdered sugar, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of Worcester and seasoned the salad.
Accompanying wines: Valdadige Bianco DOC, Trebbiano Di Romagna DOC, Martina Franca DOC.

- 2 carrots
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 cabbage
- 120 g of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
