Instructions
Wash away all vegetables, wash them and cut them into large pieces.
Place in saucepan with 1 2 litres of water, meat, nuts, vinegar, garlic, peeled, salt, 1 handful of pepper and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Bake for 50 minutes, then drain.
Arrange vegetables on 1 serving dish, sprinkle with meat cut into strips and drizzle with the remaining oil, stirring gently.

- 250 g of vitellone (250 g pieces)
- 2 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of aromatic white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 chicken dice
- 1 beef nut
- Salt
- 1 handful of pepper
