Meat salad (2)
Instructions
Boil meat, cut it into strips; boil the potatoes and cut into squares; chop the cucumbers.
Gather it all in a bowl, add the capers, a little olive oil, if you like a bit of vinegar, add salt and pepper, stir and serve.

- 400 g of beef
- 2 large potatoes
- 50 g of pickled cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons of capers in olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
