Instructions

Boil the meat, cut into slices, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with basil, parsley, garlic and chopped onions and add hard boil eggs, shelled and cut into slices, gherkins, capers and almonds.

Season with mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, let stand for a few hours and serve.
