Instructions
Wash the salad and place in a dish.
Cut mushrooms, heat it in a saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and Rosemary, and then to the salad.
The Capon is boned, finely sliced, salted and steamed cooked for a few minutes.
Then set over the salad and mushrooms.
As a last thing, you have to think about the seasoning.
In a bowl, put the lemon juice, salt and oil and beat well with a fork to mix all the ingredients.
Combine the tomato, stripped of seeds and cut into cubes, and pour the sauce thus obtained on an appetizer.

- 200 g of fresh salad
- 100 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1/2 capon
- 1 tomato
