Brighi salad
Instructions
Clean the cabbage by removing the outer leaves and cut into very thin strips; cut the carrots, carrots at both ends, as usual, and with the machine to reduce thin spaghetti type wire.
The two vegetables in a salad bowl and about 20 minutes before serving season with a sauce made with olive oil, salt, vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise.

- 300 g of cabbage
- 300 g of carrots
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
