Instructions
Peeled and pitted the avocado, then cut them into thin slices and cover with lemon juice.
Peel bleed mandarins and slice into rings.

Peel and cut the onion into rings.
Peel and wash the lettuce, place them in individual dishes.
Take a tomato and spring onion, formed a circle with avocado crescents, continue with Tangerine slices and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
Prepare the sauce: 2 teaspoons mustard emulsified with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dress the salad and serve.
