Asparagus salad
Instructions
Boil the asparagus, eggs and potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Finely slice the Apple.
Add the olives and drizzle with the oil, vinegar and lemon juice.

- 2 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 10 green olives
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
