Salad of oranges and radicchio
Instructions
Peel the oranges, eliminating even the White portion, cut into thin slices and arrange them in a salad bowl; Peel the chicory, wash it, dry it, cut it into strips and add to oranges.
Prepare an emulsion of olive oil, salt and vinegar and aromatic salad condirvi.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 300 g of radicchio di treviso
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of apple flavoured vinegar
- Sea salt
