Asparagus with orange
Instructions
Peel and wash the asparagus, boil them for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain and arrange on serving platter.
Make mayonnaise, season with mustard and filtered orange juice to the colander, deal a few tablespoons on the tips of asparagus, pour the rest into gravy boat and serve at the table.
If you like you can add to the sauce a little orange peel, cut into thin fillets.

- 2 eggs mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1/2 orange
- Salt
