Alicine raw salad
Instructions
Clean the anchovies removing the head, if possible wash in seawater, place them in a bowl and season with olive oil, chopped garlic, chilies pounded in a mortar and salt.
Let stand for a few hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of small anchovies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 spicy chili
- 5 cl of olive oil
- Salt
