Crispy salad
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut in half, slice finely and put them to soak in water acidulated with lemon juice; wash the fennel, cut into 4 and slice; wash and cut into strips salad and put everything in a bowl.
Combine the Parmesan flakes, walnuts chopped walnuts, drizzle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, stir and serve.
