Salad with pomegranate
Instructions
Cut into strips salads wash and dry and put them in a salad bowl.
Add the sliced mushrooms, grains of pomegranate, capers and olives, cut in half.
Prepare a sauce emulsifying mustard, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Pour on salad, mix well and serve.

- 2 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 1 pomegranate
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 12 stuffed olives
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
