Salad with feta and olives
Instructions
Carefully Wash salads, sgrondarle well, chop with hands larger leaves and put them in a salad bowl.
Wash tomatoes, cut into cubes, removing the seeds and leave it for 2 minutes 1 colander because losing the vegetation water.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the salad along with the tomato, anchovy fillets chopped and pitted olives.
Season with oil, salt, pepper and mix gently.

- 100 g of green salad
- 1 heart of frisee salad
- 200 g of feta cheese
- Ligurian olives
- 1 tomato
- Olive oil
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
