Salad with Caciotta (2)
Instructions
Wash very well the zucchini, cut into very thin slices and put them in cold water for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into slices and thin the caciotta cheese, flavored sticks.
In a salad bowl mix the oil with a tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper, then add the vegetables and cheese, stirring gently.
Add a little lemon juice and decorated with some mint leaves.

- 1 salad tomato
- Olive oil
