Colorful fall salad
Instructions
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing vinegar and olive oil with herbs and condiments.
Napparvi, the three salads after wash and dry thoroughly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of roman salad
- 150 g of radicchio
- 150 g of frisee salad
- 4 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar (balsamic vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- White pepper
- 2 tablespoons of dill cut into very thin slices
- 2 tablespoons of chives cut into very thin slices
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped tarragon
- Apples
- Pears
- Grapes
- Sultanas
- Orange
- Pink grapefruit
- 1 finely chopped shallots
- Some diced of emmenthal cheese
- Some petals of parmesan cheese (or cheese)
