Boulangere salad
Instructions
Instead of toasting the bread you can get brown in hot oil and add it to the salad.
Remove the crust from the bread, cut into cubes and Crumb make them toast under the grill the oven hot.
Rub the garlic into the bowl and then put the clove in a bowl combine the oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Emulsify and let it sit.
Clean the spring onions and slice them up very thin stem.
Cubed mozzarella and tomatoes into wedges.
Peel the cucumber and slice it.
Together in the salad bowl and mozzarella bread vegetables, add some chopped Basil leaf and the sauce without garlic.
Stir thoroughly and serve immediately to prevent the bread from becoming mushy.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread stale
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 and firm ripe tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 1 mozzarella di bufala
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of pepper flavoured vinegar
- Some leaves of basil
- Salt
