Salad with yoghurt (4)
Instructions
Put in a bowl the sliced cucumbers, Endive, cut the tomatoes into wedges, carrot to match.
Stir in the yogurt, chopped shallots, parsley, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour on salad, mix and spread caviar on the surface.

- 6 cucumbers
- 1 escarole salad
- 1 carrot
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 shallots
- 2 cups of non-liquid yoghurt
- Parsley
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Lumpfish eggs (caviar)
- Salt
- Pepper
