Chive salad
Instructions
Delete green tips to the Endive and cut it into small pieces.
Browse the radicchio and chicory.
Combine all in large bowl.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette flavored with parsley, sprinkle with the shredded chives, stir and serve.

- 1 head of escarole salad
- 2 small heads of radicchio rosso
- Some clumps of chicory salad
- Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
