Instructions

Rattle off the dates and cut into small pieces.

Peel a grapefruit and Mandarin alive and cut them into cubes.

Peel the Apple and cut it into small pieces.

Cut into julienne carrots, fennel and chicory.

Put fruits and vegetables in a salad bowl.

Prepare an citronnette beating together oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Drizzle with sauce and serve with salad.
