Instructions
Do you use for cooking and seasoning salads and red meat.
Prepares by putting in 100 cl 6 chilies, vinegar 1 clove garlic, crushed and a pinch of salt and a sprig of Rosemary.
Leave everything to marinate for ten days in a dry place and then strain it with a strainer, or better, with a napkin.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 6 chilies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sprig of rosemary
