Instructions

Clean the Endive and wash thoroughly.

Dry, cut each lettuce into quarters and place in a lightly buttered baking dish.

Add salt and pepper, cover with milk and broth.

Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for half an hour or until the liquid has completely dried.

Serve.
