Endive salad with salmon (2)
Instructions
Remove the outer leaves and the basis of every sprig of Endive and wash it under running water.
Cut the smoked salmon, thinly sliced and the Endive to the strips lengthwise.
Add the lime juice, Peel the apples and use.
In a bowl, add the remaining lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Combine olive oil and boiled egg, and divide the strips of Endive in individual dishes.
Add the apples, then pour egg sauce and finally sprinkle with dill and berries.

- 2 apples granny smith
- 5 tufts of belgian salad (endive)
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of dill
- 2 tablespoons of pink berries
- Salt
- Pepper
