Endive with ham
Instructions
Wash heads, burned for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, Pat dry and wrap each in 1 slice of ham.
Align the spring rolls in greased Pan 1.
Dissolve 30 g of butter, adding, stirring the flour, a little at a time, the milk and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the beaten egg, sprinkle with salt and pour over rolls.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 8 tufts of belgian salad (endive)
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Salt
