This is a very tasty way to cook the Belgian Endive.
Gilds in salt water and pour onto a greased baking dish.
Pour some white sauce and some cheese Gruyere, you have warmed in a pan.
Try to evenly cover the Endive.
Put in oven at 180 degrees and cook for a quarter of an hour.
